you
will need to set up a profile on your ftp client, giving the profile a
name
enter the ftp address we supply
enter your username (we supply)
enter your password (we supply) you can change the password from your
hosting control panel
click connect
you will now see the files on the server (usually the root folder
followed by a folder named either httpdocs or www)
the httpdocs or www folder is where you will upload your web pages to.
there will be another folder named private, this folder will be where
you could put your database files
they cannot be opened or downloaded from here except by you, although
you can still run asp scripts to access the database (s)
