		Open outlook express go to > tools > Accounts Next
	go to the Tab > Mail then top right > Add > Mail you will see a box as opposite enter the name that will be your display name (this is what people will see) Next
		Next make sure the radio button labeled i already have an e-mail address is enabled fill in your email address Next
	incoming mail server is a POP3 Server enter the details supplied for your incoming pop3 and outgoing smtp mail servers Next
		enter the Account name as supplied and enter the password
